DIY with Daisy was inspired by my love of creating and making videos. The name came from my lovely dog, Daisy.
Daisy has been my best friend for nine and a half years. She nearly died when we had only had her two months and has a chronic illness. Despite this, she has continually reminded us all to look at the bright side of life and to enjoy the little things (like carrots!).
I have been making and creating things for as long as I can remember. My grandma used to open up the door of her hallway cupboard and it would be full of empty boxes and craft supplies. We used to spend our together just making things every time I visited. I have also been making videos since we got our first camera. Every time we used to go on a family holiday, I would be taking heaps of photos and videos then sitting at the old desktop computer, putting them all together in a video. I then would force my family to watch the videos over and over!
